I ordered an expensive table and paid for "white glove service" Manna scheduled the delivery on their own and sent a confirmation through an email.My time was 8 am to 12noon.

I waited until 140 to call and was told they were still unavailable. A manager called back to say the driver was at least 30 more minutes from delivering our table.

There was no apology from either the customer service rep or the manager who called me back.I feel this company should be taken off every company's delivery service as it is a poor reflection on that company!
