This was the most frustrating on-line buying experience I've ever had.Our home refrigerator died on Sept 5 and we ordered a replacement on Sept 6.

- I purchased the refrigerator on Sept 6, it finally arrived Oct 11. My family had to contend with living without a refrigerator for 35 days. This was unacceptable.

- I received several emails confirming an Oct 6, 8-12 delivery date and time. I took that morning off work to receive the delivery. Not only did the delivery not arrive, I never received a phone call notifying me that would not arrive. After calling MDS, apparently I was the only entity who did not know it was canceled. Furthermore, no one from MDS ever apologized for wasting my time.

- The delivery was rescheduled for Oct 11, 8-12. Once again, I took off work and the product did not arrive during the scheduled time. And again, I never received a phone call stating the shipment would not be delivered and never did I receive an apology. After several phone calls to MDS, I was told it would now be coming between 1-4. This required me to take ADDITIONAL time from work. At 4pm, it finally showed up and the driver from Sheahan (Matt)was great.

MDS demonstrated a total lack of respect for my time and loss of work hours, caused me and my family great hardship and inconvenience, and never had the courtesy to apologize. Rest assured, I will contact as many online consumer review internet services as possible and warned prospective customers to not use Home Everything or Manna Distribution Services.

I dealt with manna on a tv. They scheduled a delivery and the day before canceled.

They couldnt find my tv. It wa between cali and minn. I told the lady bs. Someone took it home.

A week later they found my tv and delivered it. 2 mexicans whom couldnt even speak english delivered

Thank you for your insight. I am sitting here waiting for follow up on a lost package that was received by them (a 3000+ bed).

4 of the 5 boxes arrived. I of course the missing box has the frame in it. The initial delivery was scheduled for Monday and apparently my items did not get loaded on the truck. MOnday night they called and told me they were missing a box.

I had them deliver the items anyway. Not sure why the told be friday the items arrived and now all of the sudden there is a piece missing. I am sleeping on the floor and have not heard from them in 2 days. After reading your comments.

I am now cancelling my credit purchase and will have my sales person deal with them. I have no reason to believe it will arrive anytime soon.

Ive been told 4 different times of my tv to be delivered,no one from manna called or showed up. I had to be the one to call......no apology or excuse.....if you value your time (do not) allow these idiots to do there job.

manna called me yesterday and told me my TV was stuck in some terminal and they dont know where it is.,so they will not be delivering my TV from Vizio and dont know when it will be delivered. This upset my entire schedule. I am not satisfied with them

Trust me, this is the worst company ever.

Vizio uses them, and that is a bad decision.

They never show up when told they were supposed to, they are the WORST company. Do not do business with them.

I hope that my delivery being canceled 24 hours before it is supposed to be delivered a fluke... I will say the Manna distribution person who called me was not the nicest person.

A unmeaniful sorry with a "oh well tough *** attitude" is not making me feel secure. The reason? The didn't get it in time AND the service delivery don't do my area.. REALLY?

Wouldn't you know this ahead of time? Ugh.

Two people off work for Yet another day does not make me happy... No new date either...

While it is our goal to provide superior delivery services to all our customers, we do occasionally fail. I'd like to directly address the former driver who stated that he handled a large percentage of Vizio TVs that "always come back." The ONLY service that we provide to Vizio is called an "exchange." We deliver a new TV sent out to replace the inoperable one.

It does stand to reason that the former driver would see a high percentage of returned TVs in that scenario. I apologize for any direct failure or inconvenience we may have caused, but I ask for the opportunity to set things right, so please call me.

I am a former delivery agent for Manna Distribution services and can tell you that most people who have their purchases delivered through Manna are not happy. My company no longer works for this company for this reason.

Countless times deliveries were scheduled by Manna and we were not notified, resulting in missed deliveries and angry customers. in most cases the delivery company is blamed for the delay. Many orders are scheduled before freight even ships from place where the order originates.

In most cases deliveries are scheduled by Manna's automated system when there is NO chance the delivery can be made on time. Stay away from this company if you can.

Worst delivery service ever!! Was scheduled to have delivery on Friday.

Got call Thursday night saying "oops, unable to get there tomorrow, I about Monday". Took off work Monday for a delivery between noon and 4pm. By 3:15 hadn't heard anything. Make a phone call to Manna and was told "it shows on time, they should be calling you soon" Come 4:30 still no call or delivery.

Call back again and was told "oh, you aren't even scheduled today (mind you that I had an email confirmation in front of me). I advised her that I had email confirmation and then she said "oh, someone tried to call you on Friday and you hung up" - this was absolutely not true. Was told I could get after hours delivery the next day (Tuesday) Was called Tuesday and told that I couldn't get after hours delivery because it was the day before a holiday. Scheduled for Thursday from 5:00pm -8:00pm and will get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

They did show FINALLY but they didn't call..just showed up.

Terrible, terrible service. Avoid at all cost :(

So my tv broke. (under warranty) Contacted Vizio.

They agreed to send a replacement. I was happy. Well I got excited thinking wow Manna "white glove service". All a crock.

They sent me a tracking site so i anxiously followed tv west to east coast. Awesome tv went from LAX to denver to chicago to newark to boston. Sweet, only a matter of getting scheduled. I confirmed delivery time.

(changed work schedule to accomodate white glove delivery). Got a call from sub contracted company saying driver runnung later than scheduled, ok nbd. Got another call saying tv is lost. Its been over a week no idea where television is.

Been back and forth on phone with manna, they still havent a clue. Said maybe in texas? Come on. It was checked in 15 miles from my house.

"let me call you back when i figure it out" is getting old. Phone help is friendly just has no clue where tv went missing.

Ill just call manufacturer and let them handle it. Shows me once they have your money thered no rush.

Same problem. I ordered a tv and it shipped from the video store the next day.

Manna picked it up, apparently got it within 45 miles of our home and there it stopped. they put a hold on the delivery, refused to schedule the delivery and no-one knows why. I've called them and the video store and no-one knows why it's held up and no-one can fix it.

I will ALWAYS ask who the carrier is before I ever order on line again. I am so angry, I'm going to cancel this purchase.

Received my plasma tv today a few minutes after my 4-hour window. Went out to greet the driver and saw the plasma tv laying face down in the middle of the floor of the truck when he opened the back - not strapped to a wall or anything.

Upon pointing out to the driver that a plasma tv is supposed to be transported upright, he responded that it doesn't matter. Really? Then why does it say to transport upright all over the box?

Deciding it was useless to argue with this guy, I inspected it and it looked like the glass screen survived. Called customer service and told them that this guy needed to

Yet another unhappy consumer here. My story is much like many others: bad delivery, broken item, waiting for replacement, hoping for a different delivery company.

After reading many entries from this site and Manna's site, I wonder several things: is the delivery worse on the west coast (more satsfied customers on the Manna site seemed to be from the east); why does Manna always use the "reasoning" that they deliver thousands of items over hundreds and thousands of miles and usually things go right? When it is YOUR broken or undelivered merchandise that has cost YOU thousands of hard earned dollars, YOU do not care what has gone right for others. YOU want an explanation and to know when YOUR order will be right! No more excuses from Manna...try customer service instead.

And if you would be proactive, you wouldn't have to be reactive to upset customers.

Also, scheduling 17 deliveries in one day that include white glove, heavy items is probably asking for trouble. That is too much to expect from any two delivery people. that works out to about 2 deliveries an hour, and unless the deliveries are very close together, it isn't going to happen, especially in So.

California, where the traffic is horrible! If I can figure this out, why can't a "professional" delivery company?

I have never dealt with Manna before, but will never do so again. I tried calling their customer service at least 14 times but i was placed on hold everytime for more than 15-30 minutes without anyone answering.

They didnt called me or left a message,or send an email with any notifications other than my tv was going to be delivered today... which it didnt.

I am highly displeased so they have very little time before i contact the retailer from whom i purchase the item and get a full refund, and if they dont want to give me one... my bank will get it for me and manna will have to deal with their losses.

I used to deliver shipment for Manna.You know why some of these driver don't care about your stuff? I know you people pay good money to get your stuff delivered by Manna but

they are mostly contractors not making a penny off of these merchandise.They go 100's of miles for a few dollars and most of the customers are already pissed off with *** service they are getting from Manna and a lot of people take their frustration out on drivers.80% of Vizio TV's are no good.They always come back.

I would recommend that you'd go buy one at

Walmart,Sears or Best Buy in person.

I'm grad I don't deal with them anymore.

I was having a range delivered for my daughter as a wedding gift. The people that called to schedule the delivery said we would be getting white glove delivery, where it is brought into the house and unpackaged and to refer to the website for more info.

The driver brought the range but had no way to get it out of the truck, no ramp, no lift. My son in law, who had taken the afternoon off work helped him lift it down. The drivers dolly had flat tires and was unable to move the unit, so left it on the lawn. My son in law sent him on his way because he didnรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt have any tools to do a better job.

I called about the situation and the woman answering the phone said she would send people back to get it rectified.

About 30 minutes later she called my son in law and told him that since heรขโ‚ฌโ„ขd sent the driver away the delivery was presumed complete and they had no one available to finish the service and please to call back when we finally got it in the house. She never did call me back.

I am having the same issue. I am waiting for a replacement tv from vizio.

Manna local has had it for a week now. I call they tell me they handed it off to an agent to deliver.

This personn has never called after several calls by me. Vizio is trying to help but its like my tv is hostage to a *** shipping company at there mercey when they decide to do what they were paid for
