I was an Employee of Rockwell for only 3 PLUS weeks.I drove and ran a crew,and did Line Haul to Atlanta.Mostly in Nashville area.I had a run with Demetrius in Cohutta Ga.Interstate Commerce.To deliver and Swap out a 48 " Vizio TV.Megan in apt 4 had a reported Elec.Fire with her old Vizio,and told me that she had sent the old one,due for a swap,thru FedEx,to Vizio directly..10 days prior.She had no paperwork to verify this,No RMA,Nothing.I called the Owner of this Subchapter F Corp,Chad Contra.with Ms Webb's phone...Because I had NO RECEPTION,as well as D.in that remote area.She had called Vizio CS,cause she wanted an OK to move it from a Swap,To a Drop.We had a Tech Guadalupe on SPEAKER phone,to mainly verify receipt of said broken TV.Since we could not call Manna Distr.who we sub Contract for..w/o Tower.We had to rely on The verification of Vizio.Badge #26390 and new Drop creation ticket #494591.to make our next step.WE WERE TOLD BY VIZIO CORP to drop New Vizio by Guadalupe.After we left it inside box..we Drove off,after an hour,we hear that Chad is trying to get OK from MANNA on this change.Manna says no.DO NOT LEAVE.So Pres Chad lies to them..and tells them we hadn't left yet.Then he says we have to go back..We do after 2 more stops and No one is there.So Chad says I openly defied orders,when I could not talk to him,till after the fact..To cover his Lie to Manna Top Brass.We left for Warehouse w/o NEW TV or old.I was fired,and went to pu 2 week check.3 days later and Chad Illegally took the Value of that New TV out of my Payroll..with a Handwriting Addendum on the stub.Now,mind you..the possible cost to his company was not even traced,let alone decided,as well as, it can take up to 2 months for him to incur a debit from Manna Distr.Since,I am an Employee,and not an IC..We do not sign any Contract for full renumeration of Goods being Distributed based on Lost,Stolen,Devalued,Broken,Stained,... So,this draw from my pay is an easy violation of Wages and Hours and an Overt Act of Theft of Moneys earned.Let alone Dismissal based on a misrepresentation to a Client,and verifiable Clearance to leave by the MANUFACTURER, is pitiful.

Let's go thru his Company's Litiny of Violatons: 1.Non Contractual Obligation to Value of Goods Distributed by Employees 2.Wages and Hours Violation 3.Theft b4 Accounting even registers or incurs Projected Cost 4.Lies to Client.. 5.Misrepresentation to Client 6.Inappropriate Termination based on Indirect Causal Links.Assigning culpability to last person touching item vs.Vizio Corporate Directives. 7.No Warehouse workers or anyone,during Office Hours,Constantly.Pres is on Road and lies to Clients,like he is there.When no one is. 8.Rockwell has had one crew of 2 people since inception in 2012/2013.It misrepresents it's reach and volume capability.

9 DOT Violations.It's Large Straight Truck in pics is being used Daily,locally,but has expired Tenn Tags of Feb 2014.That Vehicle Prob can't pass Insp.DOT #231**** #127.Won't go on thruway,cause Weigh Stations will have Driver arrested. 10.DOT standards of Insurance and other paperwork Misrepresntations by Pres.to save Money.and skirt the Regulations and Obligations assoc.with a large Class Vehicle,and Standards accordingly.

11.DOT Time/Sleep/rest Blatent Violations.I worked 20 straight Hours driving a big Truck.one day-He says he will fix the books,and he used to do this as a Truck Driver himself Class A Violat.Uses a rental to act like we r just locally. moving within 100 miles.WHICH WE ARE ALWAYS BEYOND 100 MILE RADIUS..Daily 12.Changing times and info.to clients like Manna Distribution,and forging Signatures of Drivers on paperwork to comply with said demands of Client.Asking Drivers to use only Black ink,so he can forge all documents easier,b4 he sends them in.Always adjusting time ..so there is no verifiable DOT Violation as well as time with cust.is within window...
